This privacy policy applies to the website status.firmensms.at (the status page of firmenSMS.at). The customer portal and www.firmensms.at have their own privacy policy. The German version of this policy is authoritative.

Principle

This status page is a purely static information page. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, and embeds no third-party content (fonts are also served locally from our server). When you visit this page, your browser therefore only sends requests to our hosting provider.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by DigitalOcean, LLC (USA, with infrastructure in the EU) acting as our data processor. When the page is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, user agent) in server log files.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the secure and stable operation of the website. Log data is not combined with other data sources and is automatically deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement is in place with DigitalOcean; transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Availability data

The availability and response-time figures shown on this page are determined server-side when the page is generated. No personal data of visitors is processed for this.

Your rights

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can complain to us (contact details in the imprint) or to the Austrian data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
